Sign Board Agreement

Snaith Signs (The Provider)

1.
An Agreement is entered into between The Provider and The Agent  whereby The Provider will provide services in relation to the erection/installation and removal of For Sale Notices/Sign boards (Sign Boards).
2.
The Agent agrees to use Snaith Signs exclusively for all of their offices for a minimum period of two years from ............../.............../  2010.  After the initial period of two years the agreement can be terminated by either party upon giving the other party written notice of not less than 2 months.
3.
The Agent will not employ the services of any other party, company, organisation or individual in the erection of sign boards at properties which they are marketing during the period of this agreement without the written consent of The Provider
4.
The Agent will not themselves erect sign boards at properties which they are marketing without the consent of The Provider
5.
The Provider will supply The Agent with a Sign Board for each residential/commercial property which the Agent has been instructed to market for sale.

The Provider will charge a fee for the provision of each Sign Board  of £………..
7.
Each Sign Board(s) can be used by The Agent in the marketing of one property.  Upon completing the marketing of an individual property, The Agent will return the Sign Board to The Provider

The Agent is to give notice to The Provider of any new instruction to erect a Sign Board by submitting email to the offices of The Provider on number email shall contain the address at which the Sign Board is to be erected.

If the Agent requires the Provider to replace any Sign Boards for reason of an original Sign Board being stolen or damaged. The Provider shall be entitled to charge the Agent for the cost of replacing the Sign Board.  The fee for the provision of a replacement Sign Board shall be £………………… In the event of the a Finesse been stolen/damaged a surcharge will be levied of £50.00, a re-erection charge of £25.00 will be applicable.
10.
On the first day of each month, The Provider will provide The Agent with an invoice for each of the Sign Boards erected during the previous month.  Payment must be made by The Agent by the fourteenth day of the month on which the invoice is raised. If the invoice remains unpaid for a period of fourteen days then The Provider shall be entitled to charge The Agent additional interest at a rate of 8% per annum.
